Wowza Mare. Bodaciously good stuff. So I see that you've got 2 of the 8 things off of your list... How long do your geese stick around. The one's here across the ways a bit are 3 season birds.
Thanks, Steve, you know how it came to pass that I could go crazy taking pictures....Some geese stay year round if there is open water...most go south, fly through in the spring on their way to the northern reaches of Canada to nest. Most of the ones around now are transients. There are THOUSANDS everywhere.
